Chemigation (injection) is strongly/highly recommended.
Fertigation delivers the corect amount of nutrients directly to the root zone to prevent leaching and supply the crop exactly what it needs, at the right time.
Acid injection may prevent plugging caused by percipitation of minerals (iron, calcium, etc...), or to remove percipitants from a system.
Chlorination may prevent plugging caused by organics (algae, iron bacteria, etc...), or to clean organics from a system.
injectors may be used to also apply fumigants, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, and other products labled for chemigation.
Application of all chemicals with irrigation water will save time, chemicals, compaction due to equipment, and money.
